Ample parking is available in downtown Roanoke within a short walk of the Museum (adjacent to three blocks), although some lots and garages fill up around lunchtime on weekdays. The most convenient parking location is a parking garage operated by the City of Roanoke which adjoins Center in the Square. During the week, parking is $1 per half hour with a $6 maximum. Parking is free on Saturdays until 4pm and on Sundays. The fee to park in the Center in the Square garage is $3 on Saturdays from 4-9pm. Other less expensive parking lots include one attended and several unattended lots located within one to two blocks of the Museum. Free on-street parking is limited to one hour.
